Three steps to a
clearer grocery run.

01
Search any product
Type a product name, brand, or category. Search in English or Spanish — Etiqa understands both. Our database covers 69,000+ products including local Panamanian brands.
02
Understand the score
Every score comes with a plain-language explanation — what helped, what hurt, and which specific nutrients to pay attention to. No black boxes.
03
Find something better
When a product scores poorly, Etiqa surfaces pre-ranked alternatives in the same category. Same convenience, better choice.
04
See how your choices trend
Over time, Etiqa shows how your choices trend. Your personal health score reflects the patterns behind what you pick — not just individual products.

Food companies know more about your groceries than you do.
We're changing that.

Nutrition labels exist but they're designed to confuse. Ingredient lists are buried in fine print. Etiqa translates all of it into a single, honest score — built on EtiScore, our 4-axis methodology grounded in Nutri-Score, NOVA, and PAHO regulatory standards.

We don't accept advertising. We don't take money from food brands. Our only job is to help you make a better choice.

The first food health app built for here.

Most food scoring apps focus on the US and Europe — search for Leche Nevada or a product from Super 99 and you'll find nothing. Etiqa was built Panama-first, with local brand coverage, Spanish-first search, and data sourced from the stores you actually shop at.

🏪
Local brand coverage
Nevada, local dairies, Panamanian snacks — products from Súper 99 are in the database at launch, with more Panamanian supermarkets coming soon.
🌐
Fully bilingual
Search in Spanish or English. Every score, explanation, and alternative is available in both languages with full parity.
📈
Built to scale
Panama-first infrastructure designed to grow. The data pipeline, scoring engine, and bilingual interface generalize cleanly to other Spanish-speaking markets.

Good questions.

Is Etiqa medical advice? +
No. Etiqa is an informational product-evaluation tool. Scores reflect nutritional data and established methodology — they are not diagnoses, medical recommendations, or a substitute for professional dietary guidance.
How are scores calculated? +
Etiqa uses EtiScore, our 4-axis food scoring methodology. Each product is evaluated on Nutrient quality (45%), Processing level (25%), Additive concerns (20%), and Regulatory flags (10%). EtiScore is informed by Nutri-Score and NOVA — both research-backed European frameworks — and adapted with PAHO standards relevant to Latin America. No brand pays to influence their score.
What if a product I search for is missing? +
Our Panama database is actively growing. If a product is missing, it goes on our priority list for the next data update. You can also flag missing products directly in the app.
Does Etiqa take money from food brands? +
Never. Etiqa is funded by users and aligned investors — not food companies. We have no commercial relationship with any brand in our database and no brand can pay to improve their score.
Is it available in Spanish? +
Yes — fully. Every screen, score explanation, ingredient flag, and alternative is available in both English and Spanish. The app detects your device language and defaults accordingly.
